Life story of Archimedes

Archimedes

Archimedes Biography (212-28 BC)
Hiero, the emperor of Syracuse, made a gold crown with a goldsmith.  After receiving the crown, the emperor thought that there was a mixture of alloy in it. But the goldsmith denied the allegations.  But the emperor's doubts did not go away.  He commissioned Archimedes, a court scientist, to determine the real truth. Archimedes fell into great thought.  No damage can be done to the crown by order of the emperor.  Archimedes does not think about how to determine the shape of the crown without breaking it.  A few days passed. Archimedes gradually became restless.  One day at noon, thinking about the crown, he took off all his clothes and went down to bathe in the tub. As soon as the body was submerged in the water, Archimedes noticed that some water overflowed from the basin.  At that moment a new thought arose in his head.

He jumped up from the pool.  He forgot he had no clothes on.  In the joy of solving the problem, he ran to the royal court naked. He took gold equal to the crown.  He dipped the crown in a pot of water.  It was seen that some water overflowed.  This time the crown was dipped in a water-filled vessel with gold equal to its weight. The amount of water that overflowed was weighed and it was found that its weight was different from the previous overflowing water.  Archimedes says the crown has a mixture of alloys. Because the crown was completely gold, the weight of the overflowing water would be equal in both cases. In his adolescence and youth, he studied in Alexandria.  At that time Alexandria was the seat of knowledge and science. As a student, Archimedes became known for his extraordinary intelligence and sweet personality.  His guru was Canon.  Canon was a student of the great Euclid, the father of geometry.

Following in the footsteps of his predecessors, he wanted to become a mathematician.  He was most interested in mathematics, especially geometry.  Euclid and Archimedes began their work where Canon had finished their subject. Archimedes was born in about 212 BC.  On the island of Syracuse in the Sicilian archipelago.  Father Fedias was an astronomer. Archimedes hated war.  It was unnatural for him to be obedient to anyone.  But since he was a subject of Syracuse, a courtier of Emperor Hierro, he had to obey the emperor's orders. He made about 40 discoveries at the behest of the emperor.  Some of them were business things but most of them were in need of the military department. Archimedes' only discovery was the pulley and the liver.  Once upon a time, a ship was stuck in a voyage in such a way that it was no longer possible to float it.  Archimedes observed everything well

He thought that only if this ship could be lifted was it possible to float it.  Everyone laughed at Archimedes. The liver and Puli were invented in a few days.  He arranged for the lever to be mounted on a high place on the wharf.  He tied a huge rope between them.  One end of the rope was tied to the side of the ship. To see this strange thing, Emperor Hierro himself came to the dock.  The city collapsed where all the people had gathered.  Archimedes requested the emperor to pull the other end of the lever rope. According to Archimedes, the emperor grabbed the rope with all his might.  As well as surprise.
The ship shook.  There were screams all around.  This time many more joined hands with the emperor.
As soon as everyone pulled together, the ship really started to rise into the air.  The emperor embraced Archimedes with joy. This discovery made it easier to draw large stones, heavy objects, and water from wells.  Archimedes once proudly said,

If I could find a place to stand outside the earth, I would shake the earth with the help of this lever pulley of mine. The Roman general captured Syracuse. Marcus ordered that Archimedes not be killed.
He was brought to her in honor because he wanted to see the great scientist who alone had resisted his huge army. But none of the soldiers knew Archimedes.  They started searching all over the city.  The self-absorbed Archimedes was then doing research in his mind. He does not keep any news of the victory of the enemy.  While searching, a soldier saw an old man with a white beard all over his face.  Sitting in front of his cottage, he is drawing a circle on the floor with chalk in his mind. The soldier said, "Come with me, our commander is looking for you."  The old Archimedes said I am busy now.  I can't go anywhere until the work is done. The Roman army was not ready to listen to such talk.  He must obey the order given to him. Archimedes grabbed Archimedes by the hand and pulled him out.  I can't go anywhere if I don't finish my work.

And the soldier could not bear it.  So much competition of a citizen of the defeated country, ignoring his orders!  Suddenly he drew his sword from his waist and tore the body of the great scientist.  His unfinished work ended in a stream of blood. Archimedes was probably killed in 26 CE  Marcellus was deeply saddened to see the scientist's severed head.  He buried the body of Archimedes with dignity. The exact information about the discovery of the great scientist Archimedes is not known.  Although he discovered equipment for military purposes, he had no interest in it.  He was mainly interested in mathematics. He spent most of the day immersed in research.  He would then forget everything about the outside world.  It has been a long time since his workman has given him food but he has not touched it all day. He forgot about food.  It was found that he was doing calculations on the wall of the bathroom. The number of his works on mechanics, geometry, and astronomy is twelve.  Besides, there is no trace of any of his other works.

 Archimedes' notable mathematical discoveries were:
1.  The circumference and diameter ratio of the circle is between 310/61 and 31/6.
2.  Determined the area of the hyperbolic parts.
3.  Invented 32 promises about conical and spherical objects.
4.  As the basis of the theory of mechanics, he laid down the theory of plane field equilibrium.
Many of his discovered truths still guide scientists today.

Third-degree burns or severe-stage burns Deep burns on the three layers of the skin, such as the epidermis, the dermis, and the hypodermis, are considered severe burns.  Burnt skin is usually white, brown, or red. When all the layers of the skin are deeply burnt, it does not cause pain.  Because deep burns cause deep wounds on the skin.  As a result, the nerves in different layers of the skin are also burnt. What to do if the body catches fire If there is a fire on the body and clothes, try to extinguish it immediately.  For example, in order to extinguish the fire of burning cloth, it should be pressed with thick cotton cloth, Kantha, etc. If you have water at hand, you have to pour water on your body or roll it on the ground to extinguish the fire. The affected area of the burnt skin should be cooled to normal temperature with nothing else or gently poured water on the burnt area, So that the temperature of the skin becomes normal, the pain is reduced, without causing any sores on the burn area.

The clothes of the burnt patient should be removed from the body.  The burn patient should be laid straight on a flat surface.  Clothes that are lightly attached to the skin should be gently removed, If there are any ornaments, jewelry, or shoes on the body, they should also be taken off so that no serious type of wound can be created on the body. If the clothes are burnt and stick to the skin, the burnt clothes should be removed from the body very quickly and gently. The burn on the surface of the skin should be covered with a clean cloth.  After cooling the burn with clean water, the affected burn should be bandaged by dressing. The burn patient's body should be covered with a clean cloth so that the patient's body temperature remains normal. The burn patient should be taken to the hospital very soon.  Do not neglect to take the complex burn patient to the hospital very quickly. Do not apply any kind of ointment or cream on the skin of the burnt patient without the instruction of the doctor.  However, if you know or have previous experience, especially sprays, creams, etc. can be applied.  Nothing can be put on the body of a burn patient after hearing about it in public.

In particular, when most parts of the body are burned, the patient's body temperature begins to drop very quickly.  If the burnt patient expresses a feeling of cold, his body should be covered with thick Kantha, and thick cloth and the patient should be taken to the doctor very quickly. How to understand how complicated the condition of the burn patient is? Depending on the depth of the burnt skin, the condition of the patient can be divided into the general, moderate, or severe complex.  The initial condition of the patient is determined by how deeply the skin is burned. If most of the skin is burnt
The patient's condition is also reviewed depending on the extent of the lesion.  If the amount of burns is more than one bigha of the palm of the hand, then the patient must be taken to the doctor. However, the condition of a burnt patient can be terrible, especially if the burnt patient is an adult or a child. If a particular part of the skin is burned Some important parts of the body are more likely to be burnt by fire such as two arms, legs, face especially the eyes, the front part of the body, etc.  However, when these places are burned, they can easily take on complex shapes.

In these cases, even a small burn can be fatal and the patient needs to be hospitalized. That source can cause skin burns Electrical shot circuits can cause fires, chemicals, cigarette butts, gas stoves, and plastic items that can cause severe skin burns. Diabetes If the body of a diabetic patient is burnt in a fire, the burnt skin can cause severe wounds and turn into a severe type of complex inflammation. Even small fires can cause serious complications by burning the airways of newborns, young children, old women, or men, or by burning any part of the body. The treatment of burn patients should be more careful What should be done in case of emergency treatment of burn patients? Should ice be given to burn wounds?  The answer is no.  Applying very cold water or ice to the burnt skin can reduce the body temperature of the patient a lot. In addition, if ice is applied to the burnt skin, the damage to the skin may increase and the skin may become inflamed with bacteria.  Only normal copper water can be used on burnt skin. Should blisters or blisters on burnt skin be ruptured?

The answer is no.  Some small blisters will form on the burnt skin, which should not be torn.  This is because if these blisters rupture, the bacteria can easily become infected and cause inflammation in the burn area. If a very large blister forms or the water in the blister becomes pale, it should be taken to the doctor immediately. Can creams and ointments be used on the skin of a burn patient? Not being answered.  No medicine such as creams, ointments, etc. can be used on burnt skin without the advice of a doctor. The use of creams, ointments, etc. as first aid on primary burned skin provides a very small amount of protection against harmful bacteria.  However, in this case, the doctor's instructions should be followed. When should a patient with burns be taken to a physician? The burnt patient must be taken to the doctor.  Regardless of the type of burn, the burn patient must be taken to a physician. Although the type of skin burn is different, the condition of a burn patient due to bacterial infection can be worse at any time.  Therefore, if possible, the burn patient should be taken to the doctor before giving first aid.  : !!  ►►
